CyRise and Atlassian: partnering to cultivate security innovation leadership
Here at CyRise, we’ve had a longstanding admiration of Atlassian’s innovative spirit and vibrant company culture (when your corporate values include things like, ‘Open company, no bullshit’, and ‘Don’t #@!% the customer’, you know you’ve looking at a pretty awesome company).
So it is with genuine pride and excitement to share the news:
Atlassian will be coming on board today as a financial supporter and CyRise supporting partner!
CyRise will likewise join Atlassian as an Atlassian Security Industry Affiliate.
Our CEO Scott Handsaker said it well:

CyRise — still Australia’s only dedicated cyber security accelerator - will be joining Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), and our national security colleagues, the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) as Atlassian Security Industry Affiliates.

This announcement follows some other recent good news here at CyRise: we’ve been was selected to operate the NSW Government’s $1 million Cyber Security Accelerator program, based within Sydney’s Tech Central district.
